He will teach us self-defense fundamentals that will give you the strength of The Hulk, the speed of The Flash, and the moves of Batman! Don't worry about having any previous knowledge, co-ordination, or fitness level. It's just us queer geeks - you couldn't be in safer hands.
Wear something that you can easily kick and punch in (sweats, shorts, and a t-shirt). No shoes are necessary.
Dressing up like a super hero is definitely encouraged (as long as you can easily move in the costume).
